TERMS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:

1. 50% down, balance on delivery unless previously agreed upon.

2. Open account privileges are based on terms of net 10 days

SHIPMENTS:

1. UPS delivery unless otherwise specified. 2. ALLOW 8 to 10 weeks for delivery.

1. Freight, handling and shipping costs to be paid by customer.

BREAKAGE & CLAIMS:

1. A11 shipments made by insured freight. We cannot be 1iable for breakage during shipment. If damage occurs, you, the consignee, must institute a claim with the carrier.

2. Keep origina1 shipping carton and a11 packing materials and contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY for damage inspection.

1. No returns accepted without written authorization. Only factory defective merchandise may be returned.

2. A11 requests for returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order.

3. NO refunds or exchanges goods deem not damaged before delivery. Ship original merchandise back within ten (10) days of receipt.

1. Orders must be accompanied by a business card and a resale number. Orders under $5000.00 wi11 be charged at the retai1 prices.

1. New orders wi11 not be shipped unti1 back balances are cleared.

1. Checks returned for non-payment wi11 incur a $20.00 service charge.

1. Pricing is based upon square inches of the completed model and the degree of complexity.
